Job summary
We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead performance-driven digital campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. You'll collaborate closely with our cross-functional strategists and clients, ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role demands both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a small team (12) of digital marketing strategists or buyers.
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Search, Shopping, YouTube) and paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Oversee integrated digital campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms to meet client goals.
- Actively analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-regional teams (including North America) on media strategy alignment.
- Continuously refine internal processes to improve campaign efficiency and reporting quality.
- Stay up to date on emerging SEM, paid media, and digital marketing trends.
Qualification
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360 (including Shopping and YouTube).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager for Facebook/Instagram campaigns.
- Strong background in SEM, paid social, and performance marketing.
- Prior agency experience highly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing a small team.
- Excellent client management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
