Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute online marketing initiatives to promote ORA Makers real estate services and generate quality leads. This full-time, on-site role based in Raipur involves planning and managing digital campaigns, optimizing the company's online presence, and tracking performance using web analytics tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media channels, coordinating content for various digital platforms, and working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation objectives. The Digital Marketing Manager will also monitor market trends, manage marketing budgets for digital channels, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing skills, including experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for brand visibility, audience engagement, and campaign management.
• Proven ability in Lead Generation, with experience designing and optimizing campaigns to drive qualified inquiries.
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to track, measure, and improve campaign performance and user behavior.
• Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the real estate or property sector in India is an advantage.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bilaspur and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
