Digital Marketing Manager (Brand & Growth)

Location: Hyderabad/ In- office

Experience: 36 years

About the Role

We're looking for a strong, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to work closely with our Brand & Strategy team at OpenDhi (Dhi ADT, Newforce and other group brands).

This role is for someone who enjoys execution, not just ideas.

You will be responsible for taking clear strategy and turning it into consistent, high-quality output across website, social, content, and campaigns.

You will work directly with the Brand Manager and leadership team, and you'll play a key role in how our brand shows up publicly.

This is not a role for someone who only runs ads or only posts on social media.

We're looking for a full-stack digital marketer who understands brand, content, performance, and execution.

What You'll OwnWebsite & Content Execution
  • Manage and update website content (webpages, blogs, SEO basics etc)

  • Coordinate with designers and developers when required.

  • Ensure website content is always updated, accurate, and brand-aligned

  • Track & Report website performance (website health, traffic, engagement, conversions)

Social Media Management (Primary Focus: LinkedIn)
  • Manage company LinkedIn pages and other relevant social handles

  • Execute content calendars (posts, carousels, campaigns)

  • Write clean, human captions aligned with brand voice

  • Engage thoughtfully on relevant industry posts and discussions

  • Coordinate visuals (Canva etc)

Campaign Execution & Support
  • Execute brand and lead-generation campaigns planned by the Brand Manager

  • Handle scheduling, publishing, tracking, and follow-ups

  • Support content repurposing (blogs LinkedIn email, etc.)

SEO & Blog Support
  • Publish and manage blogs with basic SEO hygiene

  • Work with internal teams to upload, format, and optimize content.

  • Track rankings, impressions, and basic SEO metrics

Performance & Reporting
  • Track social media growth, engagement, website traffic, and content performance

  • Maintain simple performance dashboards

  • Share weekly and monthly reports with clear insights (what worked, what didn't)

Creative Coordination
  • Create simple visuals using Canva (carousels, banners, posts)

  • Coordinate with external designers or freelancers when needed

  • Ensure all creative output follows brand guidelines

What We're Looking For
  • 36 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing

  • Strong experience managing LinkedIn for B2B brands

  • Comfortable working with websites, blogs, and CMS tools

  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals (not just keywords, but structure and intent)

  • Ability to write clear, professional, human copy (no jargon-heavy marketing language)

  • Experience with tools like Canva, scheduling tools, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

  • Organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks without constant supervision

  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through
