Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Brand & Performance) to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The role requires a data-driven professional with proven expertise in building, executing, and scaling digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth particularly within US market

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Performance Marketing

  • Oversee email and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic growth and improve search rankings.

Content & Branding

  • Drive content marketing initiatives across web, social, blogs, email, and video platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all digital channels.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Use insights and A/B testing to optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Manage tools like HubSpot, Marketo, V-Tiger or similar for nurturing leads and running automated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align digital campaigns with lead generation and pipeline growth.

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Experiment with new growth marketing channels and techniques to expand digital presence.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1015 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Minimum 5 years of recent, hands-on experience in the US market is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot/Marketo, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success in managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI.
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, Healthcare, E-commerce.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Exposure to international markets and global campaign execution.
  • Experience into healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
