ROLE: Digital Marketing Manager

LOCATION:FULLYREMOTE

SCHEDULE:FIXED WORK HOURS

What You'll Be Doing..

- PRIMARY:Performance Marketing (Media Buying)

- SECONDARY:Managing the Digital Marketing Team and all Social Media Assets (IG | LinkedIn | FB | YouTube)

Media Buying

  • Plan and Launch campaigns with conversions/sales objectives across Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Plan and Launch VSL Funnels with conversions/sales objectives (this is a mandatory skill set)
  • Plan and Launch Webinar Funnels with conversions/sales objectives (this is a mandatory skill set)
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly high-level progress reports in Google Sheets on campaign performance, advice next steps, and share any learnings regarding messaging, targeting, etc.
  • Optimize campaigns for cost and performance while managing the cost per acquisition - including responsibility for landing pages and funnel optimization to improve relevance and conversion rates.
  • Drive marketing effectiveness through continuous audience and creative testing (A/B)
  • Navigate cross-functional relationships with clients, web development, creative, and marketing teams to test, scale, and optimize new growth channels.
  • Execute weekly and monthly plans to grow our clients user bases and manage marketing budgets across multiple channels.
  • Consistently deliver in user acquisition targets.
  • Create compelling creative briefs, ad copies and video ad scripts.

Social Media

You will be leading a team responsible for content creation, engaging and nurturing new clients through social media platforms ( IG + FB+ LinkedIn + Emailers)

  • Content Creation: posts, reels and emails. Content will be supported.
  • Engaging: Outbound outreach to audiences
  • Nurturing: You will have a minimum KPI of calls generated from our lead sources

This Is For You If...

This role may be a fit for you if multiple of the following apply to you

  • EXPERIENCE:
  • Digital marketing experience with at least 2-3 years in paid customer acquisition with daily budgets in excess of 50k
  • In-dept knowledge of Meta Ads with Conversions/Sales as the goals
  • In-dept knowledge of Google Ads with Conversions/Sales as the goals
  • Experience with WordPress, ClickFunnels and other page builders for setting up or verifying Meta Pixels and Google Ads conversion tracking tools
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Ability to prove insights regularly from current and historical data and trends
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools

  • COMMUNICATION :
  • Excellent verbal and written skills (Fluency in English)
  • SELF DISCIPLINE:
  • Attend meetings and sessions punctually and consistently.
  • You pride yourself to be a disciplined and organised professional who can multi-task
  • You are comfortable working in a remote work space environment
  • You enjoy autonomy, while still enjoying structure and team communication/meetings
  • AVAILABILITY:
  • Be available full time as per Indian Standard Time (IST)
  • Stable internet connection and power backup

Bonus points if you have...

  • Experience working with Coaching and Education-Based funnels
  • Experience in running YouTube Ads
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in Client-Facing roles
  • Prior basic knowledge in coding and web development
  • Copywriting experience in writing creative brief, Ad copies and videos Ad scripts

Lastly and most importantly, you're hungry and coachable. You understand that to be the best, you have to work hard for it and learn from others who are further ahead than you.

  • Have less than 2 years ofexperience
  • Want a position for flexibility and travel freedom only
  • Aren't willing to work 50-55 hrs/week if needed
  • Have no interest in coaching or mental health
