Job Description

Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist

We are looking for a Performance Marketing and Growth Specialist to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. This role blends performance-driven digital marketing with growth strategy and requires hands-on experience in paid campaigns and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize daily performance to achieve optimal CPA and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign efficiency and engagement.

Analytics & Tools

  • Use GTM, GA, Marketo, MoEngage, and similar tools for tracking and performance measurement.
  • Create performance reports and insights to guide decision-making.

Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM)

  • Build and execute CLM strategies to nurture leads and enhance the customer journey.
  • Segment audiences and deploy automated, targeted campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with product, data, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Support funnel optimization and lead-nurturing workflows.

Growth Strategy

  • Analyze customer and campaign data to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong understanding of CLM, customer retention, and personalized engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM, GA, Marketo, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong team collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar certifications.
  • Experience with engagement platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage, or Marketo.
  • Experience managing high-budget campaigns and scaling digital growth initiatives.
