Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager/Associate - Meta & Marketplace Marketing

Location: Bangalore, India

Reports to: Head of Digital Marketing

Experience Level: 3-7 Years

and their parents. Our ecosystem includes Supertails.com, a comprehensive online

marketplace for pet supplies; Henlo, our fast-growing private label brand of dog food; and

a suite of offline pet healthcare services. We are a data-driven, AI-forward company on a

mission to provide everything a pet parent needs, right from their pet's first bark or meow.

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Digital Marketing Manager/Associate to lead our

media planning and optimization efforts across all Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram,

Messenger) and online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.). You

will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel strategy, managing a

substantial budget to drive new customer acquisition, app installs, and customer retention.

This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking, as you will be

responsible for data-backed decision-making alongside a robust creative testing agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Media Planning & Budget Management:

Develop, own, and execute the quarterly and monthly media plan for all

Meta & Marketplace marketing campaigns, aligning with overarching

business goals.

Manage and allocate a multi-crore annual budget across the full marketing

funnelfrom awareness and consideration (TOFU/MOFU) to conversion

and retention (BOFU).

Provide detailed performance forecasts and reports to senior stakeholders.

Campaign Execution & Optimization:

Oversee the end-to-end execution of all Meta and Marketplace marketing

campaigns, including Conversion/Sale campaigns using product catalogs,

App campaigns for installs and engagement, and lead generation

campaigns.

Implement sophisticated audience strategies, leveraging custom audiences

(from web, app, and customer lists), lookalike audiences, and detailed

interest/behavioral targeting.

Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, analyzing performance

metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV, Frequency) to scale winners and

troubleshoot underperformers.

Creative Strategy & Testing:

Lead the creative strategy for Meta, developing a high-tempo A/B testing

framework to continuously improve performance.

Collaborate closely with the creative/design team to brief and develop

compelling, platform-native ad assets (video, image, carousel, collection).

Analyze creative performance to derive actionable insights on what hooks,

angles, and formats resonate with our audience, and use this data to

inform future creative development.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

3-7 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Meta Ads

campaigns and Marketplace Ads (Amazon, Flipkart, QCs) for a high-growth

e-commerce or D2C brand.

Proven expertise in developing full-funnel media plans and managing

significant monthly budgets.

Deep, practical knowledge of all relevant Meta campaign types, especially

conversion campaigns with product catalogs and app campaigns;

including feed management in Meta Commerce Manager.

Deep, practical knowledge of growing D2C brands on online marketplaces

like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit etc.

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using

Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets to measure and report on

performance.

A demonstrated ability to lead creative strategy, including briefing creative

teams and running structured A/B tests.

Good-to-Haves:

Familiarity with the Google Ads ecosystem and Shopify.

Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts and DSPs.

Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) like Appsflyer.

A passion for the pet-care industry and a desire to build a

category-defining brand.
