Role Description

What you'll do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): prospecting, retargeting, catalog sales, creatives testing, audience strategy, and scaling
  • Manage Google Ads: Search, Shopping/Performance Max (as relevant), keyword strategy, feed hygiene coordination, and budget allocation
  • Own Amazon marketplace growth:
  • Create and optimize listings (titles, bullets, A+ content direction, keyword research, backend terms)
  • Run and scale Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display where applicable), structure campaigns, manage bids, and improve ACOS/TACOS
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly reporting across Meta, Google, and Amazon
  • Coordinate with creative/content to produce ad creatives and listing assets that convert

Qualifications

  • 2+years in performance marketing with strong hands-on experience in Meta + Google Ads
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Marketplace listings and Amazon Ads
  • Strong analytical skills: CAC, ROAS, contribution margin awareness, ACOS/TACOS, funnel metrics
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and move fast with testing and iteration
  • Comfortable with Shopify/D2C workflows (preferred), product-focused marketing, and creative testing

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of product feeds (Merchant Center), basic SEO copywriting, and landing page CRO
  • Familiarity with tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Amazon Seller Central reports
