We are hiring aDigital Marketing Managerto take complete ownership of our performance marketing ecosystem. This role is focused on high-quality lead generation, campaign efficiency, and ROI-driven growth across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and capable of independently managing and scaling campaigns across Google, Meta, Taboola, and LinkedIn Ads, while working closely with Sales, CRM, and Creative teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Quality & Revenue Control
- Audit lead data daily to identify invalid leads, bots, and wastage
- Monitor Cost Per Site Visit (CPSV) and ensure smooth lead movement from Ads to CRM
- Identify and fix API, tracking, and attribution issues
- Performance Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across:
- Google Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Taboola
- LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct ongoing keyword research and manage negative keywords
- Optimize bids, budgets, and pacing to maximize ROI
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Review lead quality with Sales teams and recalibrate targeting based on feedback
- Audit WhatsApp and Email automation journeys, especially for leads older than 30 days
- Coordinate with the Design team for A/B testing of creatives and landing pages
- Strategy, Testing & Growth
- Run small-budget pilot tests (stress tests) on new channels and formats
- Analyze competitor campaigns and develop counter-strategies
- Prepare lead vs. budget planning and coordinate approvals with internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- PGDM / MBA with a Digital Marketing certification
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience in lead generation, funnel optimization, and ROI tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple platforms independently
