As a key member of the marketing leadership team at a fast-growing U.S. startup, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead strategy and manage a remote creative team. This role suits a marketer with 78 years of experience, strong strategic skills, and proficiency in multi-channel digital campaigns tailored for U.S. audiences. The manager will oversee planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across SEO, paid media, social, influencer marketing, and CRM/email automation, with a focus on LinkedIn as a primary social channel.
Role Description
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with U.S. market growth and customer acquisition goals
- Lead and mentor a remote team of marketers and creatives, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Coordinate with U.S.-based leadership, agencies, and vendors to maximize campaign reach and impact
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid social (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), influencer marketing, and CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Manage LinkedIn-specific campaigns leveraging its professional targeting for B2B engagement
- Oversee creative asset production for consistent, high-quality messaging
- Drive A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign ROI
- Optimize budget allocation across digital channels including LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Monitor KPIs and report insights for continuous improvement
Data & Budget Management
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO platforms to inform strategy
- Manage digital marketing budgets with focus on ROI and customer lifetime value
Remote Collaboration & Innovation
- Champion remote work practices using Slack, Zoom, Asana, and Trello
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, privacy regulations, and AI-driven marketing technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 78 years of digital marketing experience with strategic leadership and remote team management
- Proven success with U.S. market-focused digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social (including LinkedIn), CRM, and influencer channels
- Proficient with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush/Ahrefs, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Skilled in managing remote teams and cross-time zone collaboration using project management tools
- Strong communicator capable of inspiring remote teams
- Autonomous, adaptable, and eager to embrace new marketing platforms
- Familiarity with content creation and tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus
