Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager/Lead will drive demand generation and lead growth for the ManageArtworks platform through end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. This role will manage key digital channels, optimize website and content performance, and work closely with sales and product teams to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Key Deliverables

Digital Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive demand and qualified leads for the ManageArtworks platform
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, funnel metrics, and marketing ROI

Paid Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Manage paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and retargeting platforms
  • Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversion, and cost efficiency

Website, SEO & Conversion Optimization

  • Own SEO, website performance, content optimization, and organic lead growth
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

  • Create and publish marketing content including blogs, videos, product demos, and customer case studies in collaboration with internal teams and clients

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

  • Execute email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation workflows aligned with sales goals

Webinars & Marketing Events

  • Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and marketing-led events, including promotions, registrations, follow-ups, and lead conversion

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to support go-to-market initiatives and revenue objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 710 years of experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing or demand generation
  • Solid knowledge in marketing and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Apollo.io, Factors.ai, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and campaign optimization
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, and workflow integrations
  • Ability to manage website platforms, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Experience in planning and executing webinars and marketing events
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong communication and content execution skills
