Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior SEO & Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing operations and guide a growing creative team.

In this in-person role at our Kochi office, you'll oversee SEO strategy, manage multi-platform social media campaigns, and collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

·     Lead and execute advanced SEO strategies to improve organic reach and rankings.

·     Manage, grow, and optimize Luminefy's social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

·     Hire, train, and mentor junior marketing and content team members.

·     Oversee content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.

·     Conduct in-depth keyword research, technical audits, and link-building campaigns.

·     Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

·     Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

·     Stay up to date on algorithm updates, new tools, and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

·     Minimum 5+ years of experience in SEO and social media management.

·     Proven success in developing and executing high-impact digital strategies.

·     Strong command of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Search Console.

·     Minimum 3 years of team leadership or management experience.

·     Excellent communication, analytical, and project-management skills.

·     Experience in paid campaigns and performance marketing is a plus.
