Salary : 45-60k/Month based on expertise.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take charge of Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads—and scale results to the next level.
If you think in CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution, signal quality, and business outcomes, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-platform PPC campaigns.
- Hands on Management of PPC Campaigns in Google & Meta.
- Own KPIs, reporting, and performance insights to drive ROI.
- Work closely with creative teams on ad concepts, hooks, messaging angles, landing page ideas, and conversion-focused content
- Mentor junior team members and help build scalable campaign systems, SOPs, and best practices
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals and translate them into performance strategies
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management.
- Proven success managing high-budget campaigns (₹3+ crore).
- Strong analytics, attribution, and platform expertise (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- A strategic mindset with a passion for measurable growth.
Technical Capabilities
- Advanced implementation of Google Tag Manager and event architecture
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics attribution, event mapping, and conversion tracking
- Setup / troubleshooting of Meta Conversions API (browser + server deduplication)
- Pixel diagnostics, event quality optimization, and signal strengthening
- Product feed setup and optimization in Google Merchant Center
- Catalog / dynamic remarketing infrastructure across Meta + Google
- CRM integrations, offline conversion uploads, and lead lifecycle tracking
