We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and performance marketing strategies for Lotlite Real Estate. You will be responsible for planning and executing high-ROI paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads), managing property listings across real estate portals, optimizing local SEO for Pune markets, and turning online interest into qualified sales leads.

• Performance Marketing (Lead Gen): Plan, execute, and scale high-converting Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads) and Google Search/Display Ads specifically targeted at Pune property buyers, renters, and NRI investors.
• Real Estate Portal & Listing Management: Manage and optimize property listings on portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing.com, Justdial) and our direct website.
• Social Media & Content Strategy: Collaborate with the video/content team to maintain an active, engaging social media presence on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Local SEO & Google Business Profile: Manage local SEO strategies, Google Business Listings, and local reviews to capture high-intent buyers searching for properties in Hinjewadi, West Pune, and surrounding hubs.
• CRM & Funnel Management: Track cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, conversion rates, and coordinate closely with the offline sales/telecalling team to ensure proper lead handoff and follow-up.
• Budgeting & Analytics: Allocate monthly marketing budgets effectively and produce weekly ROI/analytics reports for management.
  

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years specifically in the Real Estate industry in Pune or major metro markets.
• Ad Expertise: Proven track record of managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with a focused approach on quality real estate leads.
• Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel setup, Google Tag Manager, CRM tools, and basic WordPress/website management.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Pune real estate landscape (IT corridors, buyer demographics, price trends).
• Location: Full-time onsite role at our Hinjewadi, Pune office.
