Job Description

Location: In-Person | Full-Time | Mumbai

Salary: 25,000 per month

Layerde is a premium, design-led 3D-printed home dcor brand focused on innovation, aesthetics, and storytelling. We are building a distinctive presence in the Indian home dcor space, and we are looking for a creative, driven, and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our digital growth.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, close mentorship, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Layerde's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.)
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and publish daily content including reels, posts, stories, and behind-the-scenes videos
  • Document day-to-day office work, product development, and launches in an engaging manner
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns for new product launches and seasonal promotions
  • Take ownership of social media growth, engagement, and lead generation
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertisements on Meta and other platforms
  • Track ad performance and continuously improve ROI
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Update website content including new product listings, banners, and basic content changes
  • Ensure all content reflects Layerde's premium, design-led brand positioning
  • Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports on marketing performance
  • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and content ideas
  • Work closely with the founder to translate brand vision into effective marketing strategies
  • Continuously upgrade skills and stay updated with digital marketing trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Media Studies, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
  • Comfortable with shooting and editing videos on mobile and basic editing tools
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and paid ads
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Strong aesthetic sense and sensitivity towards premium branding
  • Interest in design, lifestyle, or home dcor brands is a plus
  • Willingness to work full-time in-person at the office (no remote/hybrid)
