Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service and understanding their goals, expectations, and needs.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, content, and paid ads.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making proactive adjustments to achieve client KPIs and objectives.
Strategy & Initiative: Take ownership of client projects by identifying new growth opportunities, driving campaign innovation, and suggesting improvements that align with clients business goals.
Goal-Oriented Approach: Work backwards from client goals to build strategic plans that guide all campaign activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Brand Management: Understand and uphold each client's brand guidelines to ensure all marketing outputs are consistent, on-brand, and impactful.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with creative, content, and digital strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and seamless execution.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and PPC.
Proven experience in developing and managing data-driven marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and be accountable for results.
Demonstrated experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
High level of commitment and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
