This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Bangalore Urban. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative marketing solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to achieve measurable business outcomes, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure campaigns align with current practices.

• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including campaign planning, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
• Experience with Content Marketing, Content Creation, and building engaging marketing materials.
• Strong skills in Data Analysis, Campaign Performance Monitoring, and Marketing Analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Email Marketing and expertise in utilizing marketing automation tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a marketing team.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in the construction, facility management, or similar industries is advantageous.
