Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Lucknow. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to drive audience engagement and growth. Key tasks include managing social media platforms, developing and analyzing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and utilizing web analytics to optimize performance. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to amplify the Indie Talk Show's reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to create engaging content and manage various social media platforms.
• Experience in Lead Generation and Marketing to identify and convert potential audiences or partners.
• Expertise in Web Analytics to track, measure, and optimize online performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute creative ideas.
• Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the media/entertainment industry is a plus.
• Salary ranging between 25,000-40,000 per month depeding upon rhe work experience and effeciency in SEO.
