Lagorii is a fast-growing kids fashion brand specialising in ethnic, party, and premium wear. We sell through our own website and leading marketplaces like Myntra, Firstcry, and Nykaa. We are building a high-growth, performance-driven marketing team.
We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can manage and scale paid marketing campaigns profitably, with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and growth efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Maintain a minimum 6-7X ROAS on D2C website campaigns
- Plan and optimise ad budgets, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Work closely with the design team to test new creatives regularly
- Analyse funnel metrics (CTR, CPC, CVR, CPA, ROAS)
- Build and optimise retargeting campaigns
- Support marketplace ad campaigns (Myntra/FirstCry/Nykaa)
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports
