Role Overview

The AVP IMS nHance will play a key leadership role in scaling the nHance division, strengthening our service delivery, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational, commercial, and people management capabilities. The AVP will oversee multiple functional teams, ensure high-quality output, build client relationships, and support the VP in expanding nHance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Strategy

  • Support the VP in executing the annual strategy and quarterly business plans.
  • Identify new service lines, cross-sell opportunities, and growth markets (UK, US, Australia).
  • Drive revenue targets, track financial performance, and ensure profitability across accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build a replicable offshore marketing model.

2. Client Management

  • Act as a senior escalation point for key clients and accounts.
  • Strengthen long-term relationships through proactive communication, performance reviews, and delivery excellence.
  • Ensure client feedback is incorporated into operational improvements.

3. Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations across digital marketing, creative, content, and lead-generation teams.
  • Build efficient workflows, SOPs, and QA processes to maintain delivery consistency.
  • Monitor capacity planning, resource utilisation, and team productivity.
  • Drive operational excellence, reducing dependency on individuals through structured processes.

4. People Leadership & Culture

  • Mentor and manage team leads across functions (Digital, Content, Design, BPO, Web).
  • Develop talent through training programs, performance management, and structured career paths.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and capability building.

5. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Partner with the sales team for pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Represent IMS nHance at industry events, roadshows, and webinars.
  • Support marketing initiatives to strengthen nHance's brand presence globally.

6. Quality & Performance

  • Set and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks across teams.
  • Run monthly performance audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of measurable, high-impact marketing outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 9-12 years of experience in digital marketing operations, creative services, MarTech, or offshore delivery (preferably in agency environments).
  • Proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams of 30+ members.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, paid media, content creation, design workflows, and marketing operations.
  • Strong client-facing communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in scaling teams, building processes, and managing P&L/revenue targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity.
