Role Summary
Downtown is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own brand presence and lead generation across digital platforms. This role combines design-led content creation performance marketing to maintain brand's visual aesthetics across platforms drive qualified leads for sales respectively.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Social Media
Design and manage brand's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc).
Create visually consistent posts, reels, and stories aligned with the brand anatomy.
Marketing Collateral
Design and manage brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and sales collateral.
Coordinate with external designers, vendors, and agencies when required.
Performance Marketing
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
Generate qualified leads for sales teams.
Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversions, and ROI.
Analytics Reporting
Track campaign performance and prepare concise reports.
Use insights to improve creatives, targeting, and funnels.
Requirements
36 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong design sensibility and content creation skills.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and design tools (Canva / Adobe).
Experience in lead generation for real estate or high-value sales preferred.
