Job Role : Marketing Lead

Role Summary

Lead and manage the marketing team day-to-day, across paid acquisition, creative production, CRM, content, webinar operations, and sales. You are the single point of accountability for the India remote team, translating strategy set by Singapore leadership into executed campaigns, hitting revenue targets, and scaling the team from launch through to full operational capacity. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and willingness to get into the weeds across every workstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coordinate the India remote teams.

• Own the daily execution rhythm: weekly performance reviews, monthly planning cycles. Ensure every team member has clear priorities and is unblocked.

• Drive the paid acquisition strategy across all channels (Meta, TikTok, Google SEM, Google Demand Gen) for all verticals. Ensure the budget is pacing correctly and ROAS targets are on track.

• Oversee the monthly budget ramp, making real-time reallocation decisions — shifting spend from underperforming courses/channels to top performers.

• Conduct weekly budget reallocation reviews: assess course-level and channel-level performance, approve shifts, and brief SG leadership on changes.

• Own the cross-channel performance dashboard. Deliver insight briefs covering portfolio health, key wins, risks, and recommended actions.

• Manage the creative production pipeline: ensure the team produces sufficient ad copy, static designs, and video creatives to sustain the full portfolio without creative fatigue bottlenecks.

• Oversee CRO and landing page optimisation: ensure all course landing pages are live, mobile-optimised, and running A/B tests on a continuous cycle.

• Drive the CRM and lead nurturing engine: ensure nurture sequences are built for all courses, lead scoring is operational, and response times meet SLA.

• Manage the webinar program: ensure webinar content, promotion, registration flows, and post-webinar follow-up are executing smoothly across all courses.

• Run Go/No-Go gates each month: present enrollment vs target data, ROAS by channel, course viability assessments, and budget pacing. Recommend course merges, deferrals, or scale-ups.

• Manage onboarding for all new India hires. Ensure each person is trained, has access to tools, and is productive within their first two weeks.

• Act as the primary communication bridge between the India team and Singapore leadership. Escalate blockers, surface opportunities, and maintain alignment on priorities.

• Build scalable processes and playbooks so the team can operate with increasing independence as the portfolio grows.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a team leadership or marketing manager role.

• Strong track record managing multi-channel paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google) with hands-on campaign experience.

• Experience managing remote teams across multiple functions (acquisition, creative, sales, CRM).

• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets at scale and make data-driven reallocation decisions.

• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, LTV. Ability to translate data into action.

• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and closed-loop attribution.

• Strong project management skills: ability to keep multiple workstreams on track simultaneously.

• Excellent English communication, written and verbal. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

• Experience in education, training, or edtech, is a strong plus.

• Comfortable working hours that overlap with Singapore timezone (GMT+8).

• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
