About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all digital channels, increasing brand visibility, driving traffic, and contributing to overall business growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and techniques, capable of leading a team and collaborating across departments to achieve measurable results. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including team management, is essential. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and creative departments, to brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure high performance, professional development, and timely execution of campaigns.
- Plan and execute online contests, giveaways, promotions, and other digital initiatives to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
