About The Role

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a combination of experience, skills, and knowledge, including:

  • 5-6 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in content management and social media strategy development.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills to craft engaging posts across various formats.
  • Ability to produce creative content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to different platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels, including paid advertising and influencer collaborations.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and basic graphic editing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the Social Media Manager include:

  • Conduct research on current industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  • Design and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals and brand identity.
  • Set measurable objectives for campaigns and regularly report on ROI and engagement metrics.
