Role Overview:
This is ahigh-ownership, full-stack marketing role.
You will plan, execute, andoptimizeall digital marketing activities forWhatsCom, including:
- Paid ads
- Content creation
- Social media
- Website & branding
- Performance analytics
- AI-powered marketing automation
You are expected to lead marketing independently and build foundations for futurescale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, andoptimizepaidcampaigns acrossMeta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and local discovery platforms
- Build hyperlocal acquisition campaigns for food clusters
- Launch WhatsApp lead-gen + chat funnel campaigns
- Manage full-funnel KPIs: CTR, CPL, ROAS, cost-per-order, activation
- Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Own monthly paid media budgets and performance reporting
2. Content Creation & Creative Strategy
- Create high-qualityad creatives, videos, reels, and static adsfor restaurant acquisition
- Buildorganic social content(Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts)
- Writewebsite copy, landing page copy, sales collateral, and email sequences
- UseAI design + content tools(ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, Motion graphics tools,CapCut, etc.)
- BuildWhatsCom-style brand voice and messaging
3. Website, SEO & Brand Strategy
- Own theWhatsComwebsite end-to-end (structure, SEO, UX, CRO)
- Create landing pages for campaigns (restaurant acquisition, loyalty,deliveryetc.)
- Improve search presence: local SEO, content SEO, technical SEO
- Manage brand consistency across digital channels
- BuildWhatsCom'sZero-Commission + Loyalty + AI Ordering positioning
4. CRM, Automation & AI Tools
- Implement marketing automation across WhatsApp, email, and ads
- Use AI tools to generate content,optimizecampaigns, and create workflows
- Set up lead scoring, nurturing flows, and activation journeys
- Manage analytics dashboards and conversion tracking
5. Analytics & Growth Reporting
- Track campaign KPIs and build growth dashboards
- Monitor CAC, CPL, retention, ROAS, and funnel drop-offs
- Provide insights for product, sales, and leadership teams
- Recommend improvements to onboarding and activation
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience
- 36 years infull-stack digital marketing, preferably in
- SaaS
- Food-tech
- D2C
- Startups or agencies
- Demonstrated ability to runperformance marketing + content creationindependently
Skills
Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn marketing
Strong design sense can create ads, reels, videos independently
Excellent copywriting (short form + performance copy)
Proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, GenAI video tools, ad automation tools)
Familiar with marketing analytics, pixels, events, attribution
Knowledge of CRM, landing page builders, and funnel tools
