About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Health Gennie, you will lead our online marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads. You'll be responsible for planning and executing strategies across SEO, SMO, paid ads, and email marketing to strengthen our digital presence. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and technical expertise to ensure consistent growth and engagement across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Perform keyword research and implement best SEO practices
- Optimize website content, meta-tags, internal linking, and loading speed
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies
- Track and analyze website traffic and search rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
- Generate monthly reports on performance and improvement areas
2. SMO (Social Media Optimization):
- Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Design engaging content and coordinate with designers for visual creatives
- Increase reach, engagement, and followers organically and through paid campaigns
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences on all social media platforms
- Run contests, polls, and other campaigns to increase brand visibility
3. Digital Marketing Management:
- Handle paid ads campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms
- Monitor ad performance and ensure ROI optimization
- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and tech teams as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, SMO, and overall digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google tools (Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Tag Manager)
- Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of digital marketing activities
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
- Experience in healthcare or health tech industry is a plus
