We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Digital / Performance Marketer to join our growing marketing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
- Manage and optimize paid search (PPC), social media ads, display, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and present actionable insights.
- Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that improve conversion rates.
- Manage budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns meet KPIs and ROAS goals.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and web teams to align performance strategies with overall digital goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
