Digital Marketing Manager

We're hiring a digital marketer who can lead strategy and execution.

Your job is to drive growth, build trust, and turn followers into loyal clients.

Your Role

Planand overlook fitcru's social media strategy with the existing team

Plan, overlook and optimise paid ads across platforms with the existing team

Create and implement a client referral program through the CRM / WhatsApp marketing software

Design and execute a resurrection system for inactive leads, churned clients.

Build a reviews and testimonials funnel to increase trust and social proof

Define and maintain brand voice across all content

Hire and lead a team to support execution

Requirements

3+ years of digital marketing experience

Proven results with Meta and Google Ads, wati, CRM etc

Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, and funnel strategy

Skilled at brand positioning, copy, and content direction

Clear communicator with a bias for action and performance

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)
