We're looking for a growth-focused strategist who can power both our businesses side by side, keeping priorities aligned and momentum steady. Someone who thinks like a brand architect, plans with precision, and guides a team with clarity and confidence
You'll build digital ecosystems, scale audiences, convert leads, boost visibility, and shape campaigns that genuinely drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Build and execute unified digital strategies for both IT services and events.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable marketing plans.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team toward shared outcomes.
Growth & Performance
- Manage paid and organic campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Optimize funnels, landing pages, and remarketing journeys.
- Improve leads, conversions, registrations, and ROI.
Brand & Content
- Develop content strategies for websites, ads, blogs, reels, and email.
- Maintain clarity and consistency across both business verticals.
- Work closely with design, sales, and product teams.
SEO & Website Expansion
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Plan keywords, monitor rankings, and drive continuous improvement.
Events Marketing
- Create digital strategies to promote company events and drive participation.
- Manage pre-launch buzz, engagement, and follow-up campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics like traffic, leads, CPL, ROAS, and engagement.
- Share insights with recommendations for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- 45 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proven ability to handle multiple business verticals together.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience guiding or managing a team.
- Expertise in performance marketing, SEO, and strategy execution.
- Experience in promoting services, products, or events.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot or Mailchimp, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Meta and LinkedIn ad platforms.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline.
