Role Description
We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, brand visibility, and student enrollments. The role requires strong performance marketing expertise and close collaboration with sales and admissions teams.
Key Responsibilities
1) Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies (Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, Email & Automation)
2) Manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
3) Drive lead generation and improve CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
4) Plan and manage content strategy for website, landing pages, and social media
5) Optimize funnels, landing pages, and remarketing campaigns
6) Coordinate with CRM, sales, and admissions teams for lead nurturing and conversions
7) Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights & reports
8) Manage digital marketing budget and vendor/agency coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good to Have
Experience in education, online programs, or lead-based businesses
Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, and funnel optimization
Basic understanding of creative tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
