Job Overview

Seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in performance marketing, paid campaigns, and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, enhancing brand visibility, and executing ROI-focused digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive qualified leads and business growth.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads.
  • Implement and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO) to improve organic rankings.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and derive actionable insights.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
  • Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams for campaign execution.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to ensure effective execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred).
  • 56 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications (preferred).
