Role: Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale performance marketing across q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) and e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, D2C) and other digital acquisition channels.

The ideal candidate blends hands-on execution, analytical rigor, and platform expertise, with a strong bias for experimentation and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the performance marketing P&L across q-commerce and e-commerce platforms
  • Plan, execute and optimize paid media campaigns to drive revenue, ROAS, CAC and LTV
  • Identify growth levers across platforms such as search, display, sponsored listings, retargeting, and new ad formats
  • Work closely with platform account managers to unlock beta features, category growth programs and seasonal spikes
  • Monitor and improve conversion metrics: impressions PDP views add-to-cart order
  • Drive performance across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant channels
  • Build and manage full-funnel strategiesacquisition, retargeting and retention
  • Deep dive into data to identify insights, drop-offs and optimization opportunities
  • Work closely with brand, content, design, supply chain and sales teams
  • Collaborate with agencies and vendors where required, while retaining ownership

Desired candidate profile

  • 24 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with D2C / FMCG / new-age brands
  • Strong hands-on experience with q-commerce & marketplace advertising platforms
  • Proven track record of scaling paid media with strong ROI
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and marketplace ad ecosystems
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with large datasets and dashboards
