Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in Brisbane, QLD. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, analyzing web traffic and performance, and overseeing lead generation initiatives. The role also requires managing social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, the manager will drive marketing efforts to align with organizational goals.

• Expertise in Digital Marketing, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing with experience managing platforms and boosting audience engagement
• Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools to measure and improve website performance and marketing ROI
• Experience in Lead Generation strategies to boost client acquisition and conversion
• Background in general Marketing practices and ability to develop and execute innovative strategies
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for informed decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Familiarity or experience in the education and migration sector is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
