As a Manager specializing in Brand managing, Digital marketing and community engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our presence, fostering community connections, and developing innovative digital campaigns. This position requires a passion for diamonds and jewelry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in brand management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Building & Leadership
- Lead the development of the brand identity, voice, and aesthetics.
- Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Work closely with top management to decide product launches, timing, and positioning.
- Be deeply involved in brand decisions, acting as if you are building your own brand.
2. Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Create and implement marketing strategies across all platforms social media, email, website, offline campaigns, and PR.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.
- Bring fresh ideas for both traditional promotions (trade shows, events, pop-ups) and digital campaigns.
3. Communication & Storytelling
- Manage all platforms of communication: social media, blogs, email, press releases, and video storytelling.
- Work with the design and marketing teams to narrate the story behind every product line.
- Be the brand voice from captions to campaign films.
4. Website & Content Management
- Oversee the website: product listings, blogs, promotional banners, and UI improvements to make it user-friendly and premium.
- Plan content calendars, promotions, and campaigns in sync with product launches.
- Ensure SEO and digital content drives organic growth.
5. Event & Trade Show Management
- Research and identify potential trade shows, exhibitions, and pop-ups across India.
- Design and lead brand representation at these events from stall design to messaging.
- Work with the team to ensure the brand stands out in every offline presence.
6. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, designers, and external agencies.
- Align internal teams to execute campaigns that feel cohesive and consistent.
- Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in brand management or digital marketing is a plus.
