About The Role
Darwinbox is looking for a smart and creative digital marketer who possesses strong analytical skills. The person will be working closely with a geo-marketing lead and assist in planning, executing and optimizing programs and campaigns across all digital channels. The performance of the person will be measured based on output of the programs/campaigns; it's imperative that the person is data driven.
Responsibilities
Understand ideal buyer personas in a specific region, their goals and challenges, and define solutions that position the Darwinbox suite of products optimally within a focus segment.
Work with the geo-marketing lead to translate the marketing strategy into funnel-focused digital marketing campaigns.
Execute the campaigns across channels and keep a close eye on the performance.
Analyze program and campaign data, drive insights, and develop constant improvement strategies to achieve overall targets for the team.
Constant evaluation of new channels and account-based marketing strategies and tactics to drive enterprise demand generation goals
Work closely to develop content, design, targeting and channel strategies while working with appropriate teams for execution.
Giving actionable feedback to content & design for continuous improvements.
Demonstrate superior technical expertise and organizational capabilities in project and campaign management, market research and commercial awareness.

Who Should Apply
You have 6-10 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on demand generation in the B2B technology space, preferably an enterprise software company.
You have experience of using different digital channels, such as paid ads, organic, email, digital events, and more.
You have not just been an administrator of marketing technologies (Hubspot/Marketo/Pardot) but also love working with them.
You thrive in cross-functional environments which require collaboration.
You have knack for over-communication and ability to bring together cross-functional teams to deliver on business objectives.
You have a strong grasp of funnel-focused marketing activities to create demand and retain customers.
You have the ability to strategize and create content and messaging relevant to the target audience.
You can strike a balance between developing the overall strategy and driving execution. You don't shy away from executing things yourself and pick up the baton wherever necessary.
