We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across our D2C brands, with a strong focus on FMCG and consumer products. This role requires strong execution capability, ownership of revenue metrics, and a data-driven approach to scaling campaigns across performance marketing, marketplaces, and quick commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Meta Ads (with a strong focus on Instagram marketing), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Amazon Ads, and Amazon DSP
- Drive Instagram-first strategies, including paid campaigns, audience building, engagement, and conversion optimization
- Manage and scale marketplaces including Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU), including retargeting and conversion-focused landing pages
- Implement and manage tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Google Tag Manager
- Work with tools such as CM360, DV360, and GA4 for campaign execution and performance tracking
- Execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical), keyword research, and SERP analysis using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
- Manage social media campaigns, creatives (formats, hooks, messaging), and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including automation and retention flows
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, conversions
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, or consumer brands (mandatory)
- Proven hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (especially Instagram marketing), Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and PPC campaign management
- Strong experience managing Amazon Seller Central; familiarity with tools like Helium10 is a plus
- Experience with Amazon DSP, CM360, DV360 is preferred
- Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CMS platforms (Shopify/WordPress)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels, attribution, and scaling strategies
- Solid knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies
- Familiarity with social media tools and digital creative best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field
