About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Pune. You'll develop and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives to enhance our global event visibility, engagement and support our international conference portfolio.
Office Location: Koregaon Park, Pune | 10 am-7 pm | Mon-Friday | Onsite (No remote work)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage our social media presence to build industry authority and promote upcoming B2B conferences
- Develop and nurture media partnerships to maximize event exposure
- Improve our conference websites visibility and drive qualified traffic
- Oversee website content updates and optimize user experience
- Create and execute targeted digital campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously refine our digital marketing approach
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B sectors
- Strong knowledge of B2B social media strategies and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional self-management and ability to drive projects from concept to completion
- Proactive problem-solving approach with minimal need for supervision
- Experience in strategic planning backed by thorough research and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present clear, well-reasoned proposals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
