Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee strategy and execution across clients across sectors
2. End to End Management of accounts
3. Grow the digital marketing business organically and inorganically
4. Provide direction with respect to aspects such as SEO, SEM, ORM, Competitor Analysis, Landscape Analysis, Clutter-breaking ideas.
5. Possesses the ability to work across strategy, content, creative, and paid/non-paid media.
6. Apply creativity and technical skills to deliver outstanding digital marketing campaigns
7. Partner with divisions such as PR, Content, and Creative to create synergies.
8. Provide direction to the team, overcome bottleneck, and lead by example.
9. Play a pivotal role to attract new business.

Qualifications

• 4+ year of marketing experience
• Proven working experience in digital marketing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
