Job Summary:

Chandigarh University is seeking a strategic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing initiatives. The role involves driving brand visibility, student acquisition, lead generation, and engagement through multi-channel digital campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals.
  • Lead campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and paid media.
  • Plan and manage lead generation campaigns to drive admissions and enrollment targets.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, design, admissions, and IT teams for integrated marketing efforts.
  • Oversee website performance, user engagement, and digital brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (education sector experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and achieving measurable growth.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
