Role Overview:
We are seeking Digital Marketing Manager with at least 7 years of experience, in D2C Industry only. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving customer acquisition, brand visibility, and ROI across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the digital marketing strategy across paid media, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and organic growth
- Oversee acquisition and retention strategies with a clear focus on ROI
- Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate platforms
- Drive D2C revenue and customer lifetime value through performance-focused initiatives
- Lead and mentor a team (internal/external) across paid, organic, and content functions
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging
- Leverage analytics to continuously optimize customer funnel and campaign performance
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across channels
- Stay ahead of trends in skincare, wellness, and medical aesthetics digital space
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven leadership roles
- Preferable experience in skincare, wellness, beauty, or medical aesthetics
- Strong background in performance marketing, customer acquisition, and CRM
- Hands-on experience managing paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Deep understanding of D2C funnels, customer segmentation, and retention strategies
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Excellent analytical skills and ROI-driven decision-making
- Ability to work independently in a fractional leadership role
- Team leadership and stakeholder management experience
