Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive based in Siliguri. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing market plans, coordinating marketing campaigns, and driving sales strategies to achieve company goals. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, planning strategies, managing communication initiatives, and working collaboratively with team members to grow the organization's reach and impact.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Planning and ability to create and execute marketing strategies
• Strong skills in Market Research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement
• Willingness to train students.
