Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Kerala, India. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead digital strategies, manage social media campaigns, and monitor key performance metrics to enhance brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms, driving lead generation efforts, analyzing web traffic using analytics tools, and optimizing online campaigns. Collaboration with internal teams is expected to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive engagement and increase outreach
• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies, with experience in campaign execution and management
• Advanced knowledge in Web Analytics to evaluate the performance of online platforms and campaigns
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to develop and implement result-oriented digital marketing plans tailored to business goals
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as SEO/SEM platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM solutions is desirable
