Digital Marketing Manager

We're Avyah Driven by purpose, a new age CPG start-up building some of India's freshest, boldest, healthiest snack brands.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can bring to life the distinctiveness of Avyah on digital through media and content.
If you can crack performance ads, create thumb-stopping content, manage platforms, and run breakthrough influencer campaigns, this role is your playground.
What You'll Own- Performance Marketing: Build, run & scale campaigns on Meta + Google + YouTube and other platforms with a D2C mindset.
- Creative Firepower: Turn brand moments into reels, UGC, snackable ads, and ideas that break the scroll.
- Platform Mastery: Own DTC, marketplaces, Q Com & social handles. Keep them buzzing.
- Influencer Engine: Find creators, brief them, close deals, run campaigns, measure impact.
- Growth Numbers: Daily optimisation, sharp insights, better ROAS, bigger outcomes.
- Campaign Execution: Work directly with the Founder to shape bold campaigns seen across India.
- Experimentation: New hooks, new angles, new formats you'll have the freedom to try it all.
Who You Are- 23 years of hands-on Performance marketing experience you understand consumers, funnels, CAC, AOV, ROAS, the works.
- Previous experience - working with DTC startups preferred.
- Obsessed with numbers, data, dashboards, and scaling campaigns.
- Hungry to build brands, Fast, fun, fearless a true startup spirit.
