This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager located in Bengaluru. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and growth. The role involves managing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing web performance metrics, generating leads, and ensuring effective digital outreach. The manager will collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives, oversee content creation, and stay updated on emerging industry trends.

• Proficient in Social Media Marketing, with experience in creating and managing campaigns across multiple platforms effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management.
• Strong capabilities in Web Analytics and reporting, with an ability to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to acquire quality leads to drive business growth.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, paired with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Knowledge of the astrology or wellness domain is an added advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, a related field, or equivalent work experience in digital marketing.
