Anfield Study Abroad is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase lead generation, and drive student enrollments across all branches. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital platforms, performance marketing, team management, and data-driven decision making.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and student recruitment targets.
Plan monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing calendars, campaigns, and budgets.
Research market trends, competitor activities, and student demands to guide campaign decisions.
Lead Generation & Performance Management
Design and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
Achieve defined lead generation targets and ensure conversions through optimized funnel management.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics / CRM dashboards and deliver detailed reports to management.
Manage SEO performance and website optimization to increase organic reach and inbound leads.
Content & Brand Management
Guide content creation for social media, blogs, YouTube, landing pages, and email marketing.
Oversee creative direction including design standards, brand tone, and content quality.
Plan and execute influencer and partnership campaigns.
Social Media & Online Engagement
Oversee and manage all social media channels and digital communication points.
Create engaging content strategies to increase online presence and follower engagement.
Monitor online reputation, respond to inquiries, and manage reviews on digital platforms.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and coordinate the digital marketing team, including designers, content creators, videographers, and ad specialists.
Collaborate closely with branch managers, counsellors, and management to improve enrolment and campaign strategy.
Conduct weekly performance reviews and training sessions when needed.
Technology & Tools
Utilize CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics dashboards for tracking and optimization.
Implement advanced marketing tools such as remarketing, website heat-mapping, A/B testing, and chatbot automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
Minimum 35 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in education consultancy or service sector.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Analytics, and Lead Funnel Optimization.
Familiarity with marketing technology platforms like Hubspot, Zoho, WebEngage, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
