This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kollam for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, analyze web performance metrics, and drive lead generation efforts. The role requires strategic planning, monitoring campaign success, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends to optimize overall marketing strategies.

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing, leveraging platforms to engage audiences and drive results
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, ensuring the consistent acquisition of quality leads
• Solid foundation in Marketing and Digital Marketing with proven success in designing and implementing campaigns
• Experience with Web Analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategies in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with graphic design tools or content management systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
