Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing initiatives. The role focuses on building a strong online presence, driving qualified traffic, and converting engagement into measurable business results. This position requires strategic planning, analytical thinking, and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and other performance marketing campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards
- Lead content planning and execution aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (design, sales, content, and leadership teams) to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms
- Identify new growth opportunities and introduce innovative marketing approaches
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing
- Mandatory experience in IT service-based companies or in-house digital marketing teams only
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM platforms
- Proven experience in managing performance-driven campaigns and lead generation
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities
