Job Title: Digital Marketing
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing expert to lead full-funnel growth across digital platforms. This role will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes — from customer acquisition to revenue optimization — through structured media planning, experimentation, and strong analytics rigor.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on campaign expertise with strategic thinking and a strong understanding of attribution, funnel optimization, and ROI management.
Key Responsibilities
•Strategy & planning: Develop and execute full-funnel strategy aligned to business KPIs.
•Define audience strategy across platforms (Search, Meta, YouTube, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.) & allocate budgets dynamically basis signals & optimization
•Lead end-to-end campaign setup, testing, and optimization and drive A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience cohorts
•Monitor key metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, and incrementality
•Ensure tracking hygiene across GA4 / Firebase / MMP tools
•Partner with agency analytics teams to improve attribution models & measure campaign incrementality with inputs on MMM etc
•Work cross-functionally with brand, product, tech and media team to deliver KPIs
Key KPIs
•Cost per Acquisition (CPA) / Cost per Activation/Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
•Revenue growth from paid channels
•Funnel conversion improvement
Required Qualifications
•5 –8+ years of experience in Digital marketing
•Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and Programmatic
•Deep understanding of attribution models and measurement frameworks
•Hands-on experience with GA4, Firebase, or MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proven ability to manage multi-crore budgets
Preferred
•Experience in telecom, fintech, ecommerce, or high-scale consumer brands
•Exposure to app growth campaigns
•Familiarity with MMM and incrementality testing
