Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy + Hands-on Execution

  • Define and execute the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Act as a hands-on contributor across SEO, paid campaigns, and CRO
  • Set monthly and quarterly targets and track performance
  • Work closely with content and design teams to drive execution

2. SEO & Organic Growth (Hands-on)

  • Lead and execute SEO strategy (technical, on-page, off-page)
  • Perform keyword research, content planning, and optimization
  • Improve site structure, internal linking, and technical health
  • Track rankings, traffic, and continuously optimize

3. Performance Marketing (Hands-on)

  • Directly manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and campaign performance daily
  • Improve CPL, CAC, and overall campaign ROI

4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Own website and landing page optimization
  • Set up and run A/B tests (headlines, CTAs, forms, UX)
  • Improve conversion across the funnel (traffic → leads)
  • Continuously enhance user journeys

5. Web Analytics & Reporting

  • Set up and manage analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Build dashboards and track key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions)
  • Analyze data and generate actionable insights
  • Ensure proper attribution across channels

6. Growth & Funnel Ownership

  • Own end-to-end digital funnel performance
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across channels
  • Continuously improve lead quality and conversion efficiency

Team Leadership (Lean Team)

  • Lead a team (2-3 members) with a player-coach approach
  • Provide clear direction while actively contributing to execution
  • Build processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Upskill and mentor team members

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing (B2B tech / SaaS preferred)
  • Proven hands-on expertise across:
  • SEO (technical + content)
  • Performance marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • CRO and experimentation
  • Web analytics (GA4, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience managing and executing campaigns end-to-end
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Success Metrics

  • Organic traffic and keyword growth
  • Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Website conversion rates
  • Campaign ROI and efficiency
  • Overall funnel performance
