Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can own and scale our digital presence end-to-endstrategy, execution, performance, and storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B, enterprise technology, long sales cycles, and can translate complex AV solutions into compelling digital narratives that drive leads, brand authority, and partner visibility. You will work closely with leadership, OEM partners, consultants, and alliances to support revenue growth and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Demand Generation

Own the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.

Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, and partner channels,

Build targeted campaigns for enterprise accounts, consultants, and verticals (IT/ITES, BFSI, GCCs, Healthcare, Education, Government).

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Drive content creation:
  • LinkedIn posts, carousels, videos, case studies, blogs
  • Event coverage (ISE, InfoComm, OEM launches, client wins)
  • Position Resurgent as a thought leader in AV, UC, Smart Workplaces
  • Collaborate with leadership for CXO-level messaging

Website & SEO

  • Own www.resurgent.co.in performancetraffic, conversions, UX
  • Drive SEO strategy (keywords, blogs, landing pages)
  • Create campaign-specific landing pages for events, webinars, and partnerships

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Manage and grow LinkedIn as the primary channel
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Build OEM & alliance visibility (PSNI, global partners, key manufacturers)

Marketing Automation & Analytics

  • Set up and manage CRM / marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)
  • Track and report on MQLs, CPL, CAC, engagement metrics, ROI
  • Present monthly performance dashboards to leadership

Events & Integrated Campaigns

  • Support offline events (roundtables, OEM events, trade shows) with digital amplification
  • Run pre-event, live, and post-event campaigns
  • Coordinate podcasts, webinars, and publications with digital promotion

Required Skills & Experience

  • 610 years of experience in B2B digital marketing (IT, AV, systems integration, enterprise tech preferred)
  • Strong command over LinkedIn marketing for B2B
  • Experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Excellent content sensestorytelling, positioning, messaging
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools
  • Ability to work with sales teams and leadership
  • Strong project management and vendor coordination skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in AV, UC, IT infrastructure, smart buildings, or enterprise tech
  • Exposure to global OEM partnerships and alliance marketing
  • Basic understanding of video production, design tools, or CMS platforms
  • Experience marketing to consultants and decision-makers (CIOs, IT Heads, Facilities Heads)
